We offer Express Shipping across Pakistan for a flat rate of Rs.250/- only. Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at the time of selecting the item. To align with the policies of the courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
For international shipping to most regions, charges are based on the number of articles ordered. Please note that charges may vary for certain regions such as Australia, South America, etc.
All prices include local taxes. Any additional customs duties or taxes on international orders will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
If parcel gets stuck in customs which it usually does not then the brand will not be responsible. In light of current events and situation throughout the county due to Covid-19, our shipping policy is as follows:
We offer Express Shipping across Pakistan for a flat rate of ₨250PKR/- customers will usually receive their order in 7-14 working days (Once the order has been confirmed). After your payment is authorized, it can take up to 2 days for us to process your order and ship it. But this is just an estimate and does not include weekends and holidays. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan. Cross stitch holds the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification for verified customers and/or during a period of high volume that includes sale, season launches, and other promotions.
All international orders ship through PS/FedEx/TCS and are delivered in 10-21 working days (Once the order has been confirmed). Once your payment is authorized, it can take us up to 2 days to process your order and ship the package. This is only an estimate and does not include weekends and holidays. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and an order tracking number (if a valid email address was supplied). During transit of your package, you may enter that number into our Order Tracking section to check your order status.
Cross Stitch has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as but not limited to – Items being out of stock, or credit card payments declined by the issuing financial institution.
Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
