RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Product(s) can be exchanged from www.zammis.com or any of our stores within 14 days from the date of purchase. Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, skin care, hair care, fragrances & essentials cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note that the prices are Inclusive of all applicable taxes and the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice. The original receipt/invoice is required for exchange within 14 days of purchase for unused goods in original packaging. Please note that items purchased on sale will not be Returned or Exchange. Items cannot be refunded for cash and can only be exchanged for goods of equal value at the time exchange. During the sale campaign, refunds will be processed in form of digital coupon codes that can be redeemed on the website accordingly. Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the defective product on customercare@zammis.com or contact us at 0800-00022.

Sometimes an item can be missing from your parcel but all our orders are carefully checked before they leave us. If an item is missing please get in contact with our Customer Services Team on 0800-00022 or email at customercare@zammis.com. We will then investigate which may take us a few days and if necessary arrange for the item to be sent again. We recommend that you reorder the item as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as our stock does sell quickly.

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt. Simply contact our Customer Service team for assistance on 0800-00022 or visit one of our outlets. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact Customer Care who can look into this for you.
